The University of New Orleans Training, Resource and Assistive-technology Center (TRAC) provides quality services to persons with disabilities, rehabilitation professionals, educators and employers. Established in 1986, this program has grown and responded to the changing needs of the community. TRAC's Programs for People with Disabilties are funded with Tax Dollars, either through fee for service training programs or through contractual services: These programs help people with disabilities go to work. The Council on State Administrators of Vocational Rehabilitation (CSAVR) document that for each $1 invested, $6 is returned. See Report below.
