Training on Disability Awareness-on-site or at the TRAC facility:


TRAC has a history of being at the forefront of ADA and disability awareness training. We have provided disability awareness workshops at numerous agencies, businesses and organizations. This is a list of few examples:

Employment Retention: On-site assessment for Job Accommodations: Keeping good employees at their jobs after they acquire a disability, or a disability progresses is important to employers because the experienced employee is a valuable asset. Training new employees is costly. In many situations, TRAC can help keep a person on the job with assistive technology and training. TRAC has over 20 years of working with employers, business, and Louisiana Rehabilitation Services, keeping people employed at their job sites with assistive technology and training. Residential rooms are available for those who need to stay at the TRAC facility for training, training

Conference Rooms: The TRAC facility has three newly renovated conference rooms available for events, in-services, staff training, etc. Catering is available and parking is free.

Limited residential facility for workshop participants.
